Satisfaction:
We guarantee the quality of every product sold from our web site. You must be satisfied in every way, or you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer you full credit towards the purchase of another product, exchange or credit only. The exception being all products included in any Custom Order. Items in the Custom Order catagory are not refundale or exchangable. All orders are personally inspected  for quality before being shipped and packaged very carefully. This helps keep damages to a minimum and returns at almost none. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.
Email or call customer service if you choose to have your package(s) insured. We are not responsible for damage during shipment. You may file claims with the shipping carrier. We do not accept returns for damaged items if you opt not to insure your package.  Click here for more on Damages

We provide a secure environment for your transactions. You may also mail your order payment to us if desired. Choose the Mail Order payment method for this payment type. The preferred payment using this method is a money order. We will accept your personal check, however all personal checks must clear before shipping occurs. This will result in a much longer wait to receive your order. Make checks payable to The Second Bedroom.

We recognize and respect our customers' privacy. We take your privacy very seriously and will treat all of your personal information in accordance with all applicable data protection laws in the US. We limit the information collected about you to what is needed for conducting business and offering products and services that might be of interest to you here at "Pretty Things". All information obtained from our customers is for our use only It is used only for the processing of orders and Email offers directly from us.. It is never sold, traded, or given to any outside company or organization, ever. We also use only those service providers who share our commitment to the preservation of your privacy, and hold them to our own high standards of protecting your privacy. You may occasionally receive e-mail from us informing you of any changes pertinent to our web site, policies, and/or the online ordering process. You will always have the option to remove yourself from any future mailings by replying to any e-mail from us with "remove"in the subject line. We adhere to a "NO SPAM" policy.

Terms and Conditions:  These policies apply to all our sites without exception.
These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from The Second Bedroom (the parent company of Pretty Things Decor & More and Funky Girl Decor. We don't like surprises any more than you do, so please take the time to read carefully. .We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

All purchases will go through our Secure Storefront at "Pretty Things"Home Decor & More.

Orders:
You can submit an order for products to "Pretty Things" Decor or "Funky Girl" Decor by completing the details required for payment during checkout. All prices are reflected in US Dollars. Orders outside of the US may be subject to an additional shipping charges. We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available, the order reflects current pricing ( typing errors do happen, customers who have orders with pricing errors will be informed by e-mail of the correct price and given the opportunity to place or cancel their order) and your Credit Card or PayPal payment is approved.  We Are PayPal Verified. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address otherwise we will be unable to accept your order.

We will notify you of our receipt of your order by email and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions. If we can not accept your order for any reason we will email you to advise you.

Credit Cards and PayPal are acceptable forms as payment for orders via this site. Orders can be placed by Money Order or Personal Check by mailing your order information with payment. You must provide a valid email addressand telephone number with payment.  Payment must clear the bank prior to shipment.

Handcrafted Orders:
You will receive an E-mail from us that your order has been received, payment has been processed, and is pending shipping. The pending time will vary based on the item you order and the artist's time table. Artists produce products in the order they are received, so they undoubtedly have previous orders to fill. We have no control over artist time tables, therefore we do not guarantee any shipping times. Since artists provide all materials for custom orders, no custom order or part of a custom order is refundable, returnable or cancelable.

Example: A hand crafted item from other countries other than the United States may take several weeks to ship because of pending orders, preparations, custom painting, finishing work, curing, customs inspections and paperwork and many other factors..Handcrafted Items could take between 4-8 weeks (possibly longer) to ship.and we have no control over our suppliers shipping times.

Handcrafted and personalized items are ordered immediately upon your order and are NOT cancelable. When your item has been shipped, we will notify you.

Canceled Orders:
Should you need to cancel an order, it will have to be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that are canceled after shipping occurs will be credited for exchange credit after receipt of unopened and undamaged product (minus the original and return shipping costs, plus a 25% restocking fee). This policy requires that all packages be returned to us, unopened, and in good condition. Return packages must be insured for the full original price paid for each item and have return approval from Pretty Things and you must have a RMA number. Call Customer Service. Handcrafted, Personalized & Custom orders are NOT Cancelable or Returnable.  See above:

Shipping & Handling:
You will have shipping options at checkout. We will ship the most inexpensive way after weight calculations. Optional insurance can be provided by email sales@prettythingsdecor.com and inform us that you want your package insured. This is optional and you will not see this option at checkout.

All orders have a minimum of 2-4 business-day processing time, depending on if items are in stock or if they are orderable from our Distributors, Crafter's or Artists. We estimate delivery time is 2-4 weeks, but usually sooner. Orders received after 12:00PM on Fridays are processed the following Monday. Because of weight, size of order and destination, all shipping costs are estimated. If extra shipping fees are applicable, your account will be charged after shipment. OVERNIGHT EXPRESS IS NOT AVAILABLE ON CERTAIN ITEMS. If you need rush service, please inquire before ordering.

Please Note: Most custom orders will take the full 2-4 weeks for delivery. All orders have to be processed,  packed, weighed and finally, moved to shipping. This is our 2-4 business-day processing time. Delivery , depending on the shipping carrier option you choose, can take from 10 to 14 days. Many times you will receive your orders in less time, but please be aware that this is the "normal" delivery time. Handcrafted items that are not crafted in the US have an average 4-8 week delivery time sometimes longer. If you have a question regarding any item, you are welcome to call customer service.

Although we do not guarantee any specific delivery dates, we will work hard to accommodate requests for delivery deadlines you may have. You are welcome to call and speak to Customer Service for any rush service to see if we can help you.

Delivery:
If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will inform you by Email. All orders are subject to availability from our vendors, and could be out off stock or discontinued. In that event, we have the right to substitute an item of equal or higher value. We also reserve the right to complete your order with any updated version of the item you have ordered if the replacement price has not increased in value. Usually we send an email with updated information.

By default we usually wait to complete an order (if an item from our distributor is on backorder) before shipping to avoid extra shipping costs, but if an item is on backorder for over 30 days we may opt to ship items separately or cancel that item.

We make every effort to deliver products within the United States within 2-4 weeks. Where this is not possible, we will notify you of the shipping time frame. This time frame does not apply in respect of deliveries outside of the US or in regards to Handcrafted items made to order. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. Delivery confirmations are used on most orders. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once items are shipped.

If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than at our fault),  the products will be returned to stock and the order will be canceled. If available you may opt to have them re-shipped, at your expense, when you notify us of correct shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or returned items because you did not pick up your package at your post office or P.O. Box.  We will not be responsible for notifying customers of returned product. You may call customer service if you do not receive your product within 30 days and we will track your shipment. This could take 2-4 weeks depending on when we receive the carriers response.

If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need call us to authorize the re-shipment. All re-shipments due to wrong addresses or unclaimed items at the shipping destination will include re-shipping costs and a re-ship fee of $15.00 for re-packaging. Customers are responsible to call and request a refund, You will be refunded your payment less a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.

Returns:
All returns (if accepted) must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You must contact us for this number before returning any product.  Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt. E-mail Customer Service at sales@prettythingsdecor.com within  48 hrs of receiving your order for instructions on returns. You must verify that there is no damage to the intended return product in writing before you will receive your RMA. NO RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 7 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE... NO EXCEPTIONS! . Items must be received in re-stockable condition and, in the same packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Some products will be returnable only to the manufacturer and are not the responsibility of "Pretty Things Decor".  Upon receipt of returned items, a store credit only will be issued for the amount paid.

All returns incur a 25% restocking fee... No Exceptions.
Please include original packing list with returns and be sure to re-wrap and pack items carefully so they are not damaged in shipping. Return costs are the buyers responsibility and must be insured for the amount stated in your Return Merchandise Authorization E-mail response. All returned product received without prior authorization will be subject to a 50%. restocking fee.   If you disregard the required insurance and we receive damaged goods, any refund guarantee will be nullified

Handcrafted, Custom Orders & Personalized Items:
Due to the nature of these products, Custom Orders and any part of any Custom Order is Non Cancelable, No Exchange, No Refund, No Return policy. No exceptions!

Damaged Items:
Because all orders are inspected PIECE BY PIECE TO ASSURE THAT NOTHING IS SHIPPED DAMAGED, FLAWED OR BROKEN. and packaged very carefully:
WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS ON BROKEN ITEMS. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EMAIL US TO REQUEST SHIPPING INSURANCE BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER!  IF IT IS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL IT HAPPENED DURING SHIPPING. PLEASE BE SURE TO REQUEST INSURANCE. IF YOU OPT OUT ON INSURANCE WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE.

Manufacturer Warranties:
We make no representation or warranty that any product is compliant with health, safety or other legal requirements which apply outside the United States. If the product is an exclusive "Pretty Things" Design, (which will be specifically noted in the description) we try to replace the product (or, where relevant, the faulty part) free of charge. This only applies if the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed. We will not have any further liability in respect to the products. All other products will be subject to their own manufacturer's warranties. Replacement items or parts will only be applicable if we are notified within 3 days of receipt of product. Manufacturer's Replacement parts may be subject to shipping charges.
Email us to report any problem or defect! If we are unavailable at the time of your call please leave a detailed message, name and phone number where we can reach you.

Product Descriptions:
To the best of our knowledge, the product descriptions on the site are accurate and up-to-date but  Manufacturer specifications or design changes may be made from time to time which may not yet be reflected on site. We include images of products on our site to help you with your selection. However, slight variations, for example, in color, should be expected. Not all distributors provide measurements or weight of products and therefore could be approximate.

Substitutions:
We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers.  This could occur when our vendor has a new edition or has discontinued a particular item. Items illustrated are actual photos of the products and are updated often. An updated version of product may be substituted at any time. Products depicted on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of this updating, or because the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box. Size information is located in the product description. Although we work hard to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical or programming errors.

Buy placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all policies.
Transactions are conducted via a secure link via our merchant processor.  We are not responsible for the operation of this secure link and unless proved negligent, will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any information provided via any link.
We will not be liable for products that fail to be delivered or are damaged due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought, fire, act of legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. If we choose not to enforce a right under our agreement, that decision will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same right on a later occasion.

Note: All Ceiling Fan Blade orders are Custom Orders. All materials including matching wall borders are ordered by artists and not our stock items. Custom Orders and any matching borders ordered are not cancelable, refundable, returnable or exchangable. Our artist require payment in full to begin Custom Orders, which includes the border itself. Once your order is placed with our artist...(artist recieve our orders every evening at 11:00PM EST) the above policy takes effect. Ownership and shipping responsibility at that point transfer to the artist. Upon shipment from the artist, ownership transfers to the customer. Call Customer Service to add Insurance on your items.
